Therapy Services
Occupational Therapist (OT)
Part-Time ~ 4-6 hours/week ~ Greeley, Colorado ~ $38-48/hour
We're looking for a pediatric Occupational Therapist who wants to do more than provide great therapy. Our OTs evaluate children, develop meaningful plans of care, supervise and collaborate with COTAs, and help families and teachers understand how sensory, motor, self-care, feeding, and participation needs affect a child's everyday life.
Therapy may happen in a treatment space, a classroom, on the playground, or wherever a child needs support to participate successfully.
If collaboration, natural environments, and helping other members of the team carry strategies into the rest of a child's week sound like good therapy to you, we'd like to meet you.
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Part-Time ~ 20-24 hours/week ~ Greeley, Colorado ~ $29-36/hour
We're looking for a COTA who loves kids, values relationships, and wants to be part of a genuinely collaborative team.
You'll provide skilled occupational therapy under the supervision of an OT while helping children build the skills they need for play, self-care, sensory regulation, feeding, fine-motor activities, classroom participation, and everyday life.
At WHALE, therapy doesn't always happen behind a closed treatment-room door. Sometimes the best intervention happens right where the challenge is occurring.
If you want to help children practice meaningful skills in meaningful places, you may be our kind of therapist.
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Part-Time ~ 4-6 hours/week ~ Greeley, Colorado ~ $40-50/hour
We're looking for an SLP who sees communication as much bigger than producing the right sounds at a therapy table.
Our SLPs evaluate and treat children with a variety of communication needs while collaborating with families, teachers, SLPA team members, and other therapists. Depending on the clinician's expertise and caseload, services may address speech, language, social communication, AAC, feeding, and other functional communication needs.
Our goal isn't simply better performance during a therapy session. We want children to communicate, connect, participate, and be understood throughout their lives.
Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Part-Time ~ 20-24 hours/week ~ Greeley, Colorado ~ $29-36/hour
We're looking for an SLPA who brings energy, creativity, and a willingness to meet children where they are.
Working under the supervision of an SLP, you'll provide treatment that helps children build functional communication skills—and you'll collaborate with the adults who spend the rest of the week with them so those skills don't stay in the therapy room.
Expect play. Expect teamwork. Expect some sessions to go exactly as planned and others to remind you that children did not read your treatment plan.

Behavioral Services
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Part-Time ~ Hours depend on caseload ~ Greeley, Colorado ~ $42-54/hour
We're looking for a BCBA who believes behavior support should help children participate more fully in their families, classrooms, friendships, and communities.
At WHALE, the BCBA won't operate in a silo. You'll collaborate with families, teachers, therapists, and direct-care staff to understand what's happening around a child, identify meaningful goals, develop practical supports, and help the people who spend every day with that child feel more successful.
We value positive, respectful, person-centered support that considers communication, sensory needs, environment, relationships, development, and the function of behavior.
If your first question is often “What is this child trying to tell us?” rather than “How do we make this behavior stop?” we should probably talk.
