Lori Frodine
Executive Director
Lori Frodine is a dedicated educator who has over 20 years working with students with special needs. She started her career in Houston, Texas, as a high school social studies teacher. After many fulfilling years in the classroom, she obtained her Master's degree in Educational Leadership & Culture Studies at the University of Houston. After serving in several administrative roles at the high school level, Ms. Frodine became the principal of Parker Elementary School. She served as the principal for over 7 years during which time she led the school to an A rating and designed & moved into the new $30 million school facility. Ms. Frodine then relocated to St. Petersburg, Florida where she was the principal of Pinellas Park Elementary school. She spent 4 years working with the neediest student population, including many special needs students, to ensure they each received personalized supports. Ms. Frodine’s commitment to students and ensuring all students have equal access and opportunities for their future has driven her successful career as an educator. Lori Frodine is a dedicated educator who has over 20 years working with students with special needs. She started her career in Houston, Texas, as a high school social studies teacher. She later became the principal at two different elementary schools where she led the schools to higher academic and behavioral success for over 11 years. Ms. Frodine’s commitment to students and ensuring all students have equal access and opportunities for their future has driven her successful career as an educator.

Director of Philanthropy
Jacqueline Tiley was involved working with youth in her community from a young age. At 14 she was a counselor in training for the Girl Scouts in northern California where she grew up. A passion for working with kids and horses led her to Colorado State University where she earned her B.S. in Equine Sciences with an industry concentration. She has worked for over 20 years in the field of equine assisted activities and therapies, wearing has from volunteer, to instructor, to national certifier, and served in executive positions with both the North American Riding for the Handicapped Association (now PATH International) and the American Hippotherapy Association. Over 14 years of her career has had a major focus on fundraising, building sustainable funding to support organizational growth at the non-profits she has worked for. She is currently the Director of Philanthropy for WHALE Respite Center here in Greeley, CO. When she is not working, she spends time with her husband – Leif, son – Camden, daughter – Jillian, and two dogs on the Poudre River just below Cameron Peak!
