At WHALE Respite Center, we celebrate every child’s unique strengths by providing inclusive indoor and outdoor play spaces, opportunities for meaningful social interaction with peers, and a curriculum designed to teach essential life skills through play, exploration, and connection.

When parents have space to breathe, families thrive.

All parents need relief from the constant caretaking duties that come with being a great parent! We want to give parents that RELIEF, no matter the abilities. We want to be that support, without judgement, and resource for those necessary breaks that keep YOU going!

The world needs more respite care.

The 24/7 care and attention necessary to care for kids, but ESPECIALLY to care for kids with different abilities, can leave a parent feeling drained, stressed, and isolated. We are here to FIGHT for families and kids to help improve awareness and resources.
